Do you think 2010 will be better than 2009? Most surveys I have seen have discovered an overwhelming positive attitude across the country. In an ongoing MSNBC poll over 71% responded yes. Home Prices Return to 2002 Pricing
With the normal variance in pricing that goes along with where a property is physically located, overall the “bubble” has really only popped back to 2002 prices. Most homes, when 2009 is compared with 2002 sales prices, actually show near the same value or even slightly above. The stats above show a low point so far in active listings. This means that with less competition out there that if you are considering selling your home, this may be close to the best time. If you are considering buying property we seem to be moving along the bottom in many price brackets. Contact me for more information.
